Recently the atmosphere in the office is quite intense, I can smell it. It is no big deal, but I cannot help writing it out here, hope this does not make someone mad.

Everything I do now, I have to pay special attention to it. Because if you don’t, something bad is coming to you. I just had experience today, and I did not expect that.

All right, like this, right after a phone call,  you hear “xxx is so annoying, he is making big noise and I cannot stand it anymore. His voice is so loud. Just yesterday he was on the phone for more than 4 hours, my ears were about to go deaf, blahblahblah…”. You know, it feels really not good when you hear this, well I was thinking “That’s ok, nothing serious, just ignore it. Maybe I will just keep my voice down a little bit.”, but things do not end here, you keep receiving this same message that your voice is loud, you are annoying and you should get out of the office. I mean, come on, I am answering the god damn phone call for god’s sake, how come this bothered you. As a matter of fact, I was trying to solve some problem with the Purchase Order with the customer. On the other hand, hearing each other’s voice is unavoidable despite of low or loud voice working in the same office. So I talked back naturally even I still remembered Lee told me to be gentle to girls as they are very sensitive.

I am kinda guy who admits his mistake and corrects it, who insists what is right. I kinda feel bad everytime after I yelled at or talked back to a girl because I don’t want to embarrass anybody and do not mess up the friendship.

I was always called immature and impatient, so I intentionally pay attention to some details and improve myself whenever possible but I think it is time to forget all thoes bullshit and go on with my style. BTW, can somebody tell me what is maturity and what is patience?
